Two Suggestions: The 'I am Ready' button, and making Trading easier.
One thing that bugs me, is when I am in the middle of setting up my skills, and the mission starts because of an impatient captain.
What would be *extremely* useful, is a "ready button", which every player clicks.
When every player states that he is ready, the mission starts.
Second suggestion:
While trading, I find it very annoying that I got to type out all the info on the weapon I am about to sell. It would be much easier if you could click and drag the weapon into the chat window.
Thanks for your time,
-Sid

Or make sure they know you aren't ready yet; also, a good leader should ask all members of a party if they are ready or not. This comes with leadership. If you get a bad one, chock it up to poor experience. Perhaps even ask them to ask you if you are ready in the future. It all amounts to good communication.

too complicated
Will just make it more complicated... It's fine how it is at the moment and 99% of people will ask if everyones ready. Would suck if your guild mate had to go for 5 mins and you were just sitting there waiting for him to click in.

Yes..it is really annoying when the captain starts the mission whilst you are halfway through setting up your resurrection signet.
Then it's even more annoying when that same leader dies and complains at you because you "forgot" your resurrection signet.
Karma at it's finest...

While 99% of the people will ask if everyone is ready, it is rare that anyone will wait until all have answered the question. Perhaps when the leader clicks "Start mission", instead of having a minor countdown it will prompt each member to click "Ready" and will start in 3 minutes even if there is someone who doesn't. Obviously, the group would remind the person, or kick them if they're afk without notice too long. But for those circumstances where you want to allow an AFKer to join you on a mission, the timer is in place.
This still leaves the associated issue of zoning out of towns. To zone out of a town, the same principle should apply. When zoning in an adventure area, it should remain as is.

I agree with these suggestions. It is very annoying to be pulled into the instance when you aren't ready. By having a ready button for all members to push after the leader has pushed the enter mission button is a perfect idea. But still keep the timer at about 1 to 2 mins so it will enter whether everyone hits ready or not.
*Edit*
I agree that the same idea should apply to zoning out of towns into instances too. Everyone should have a ready button to push instead of just being sucked out with an impatient leader.
The second suggestion is also a great idea. To be able to click and drag the item into the chat window it should say: "WTS - Hammer of Justice etc..." and have the item clickable for everyone so they can see the stats without having to spam the chat for all to see.

I say if you have a leader that doesn't want to wait, leave the guild, and become your own leader. Unforunately, programs and developers can't solve every single little social problem that you will run into. Those are things that you have to deal with yourself. Speak up or forever hold your peace.
